Ingredients
- ½ cup whole oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 T almond butter
- 1 chopped date or 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- ½ cup almond milk
Instructions
- Throw everything in a jar.
- Mix well and store in the fridge overnight to eat.
