A delicious chocolate treat just in time for Valentine's Day!❤️
Ingredients
1 & 1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted + cooled)
2 tbsp milk of choice (I used hemp milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
For the chocolate coating
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Let all ingredients come to room temperature.
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips.
Set bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes (this will make it easier to roll into balls).
Roll dough into balls (about 1 heaping tbsp each) and set in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp coconut oil in a double boiler until completely melted.
Dip each cookie dough ball into melted chocolate and set onto a parchment paper-lined plate. Top with sea salt and set back into the freezer for at least 1-2 hours.
