Easy Beef & Broccoli

This is an easy meal that takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish. It's full of hormone-friendly ingredients to help you boost your energy, reduce mood swings & irritability, and feel better.

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the broth, tamari, garlic, ginger and cornstarch until no clumps remain.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the avocado oil. Once it is hot, add the steak slices and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for an additional minute. Add the broccoli, stir and then cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Serve with cauliflower rice, or rice and enjoy!
