My awesome group of ladies in the 7-day power bowl programs started today.  Power bowls are one of my favorite ways to focus on a whole lot of nutrition in one bowl – easy, delicious and just what your body needs!

Here is the bowl I had for breakfast today – one of my favorite!

 

Super Smooth Smoothie Bowl

(1 Serving)

  • a handful of spinach
  • 1 frozen, ripe, sliced banana
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1/2 avocado, skin removed
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Toppings:  coconut, granola, fresh fruit, chia seeds, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a bowl, top with favorite toppings and ENJOY!
