A delicious chocolate treat just in time for Valentine's Day!❤️
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted + cooled)
- 2 tbsp milk of choice (I used hemp milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
For the chocolate coating
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Let all ingredients come to room temperature.
- Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips.
- Set bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes (this will make it easier to roll into balls).
- Roll dough into balls (about 1 heaping tbsp each) and set in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp coconut oil in a double boiler until completely melted.
- Dip each cookie dough ball into melted chocolate and set onto a parchment paper-lined plate. Top with sea salt and set back into the freezer for at least 1-2 hours.
