With Valentines Day right behind us, I thought I would share one of my favorite pink smoothies my son calls a “Love Smoothie”.  🙂

Enjoy this for breakfast, lunch or a snack – it’s healthy, tasty, and is the color of love.  Share it with with your Valentine today!

Love Smoothie

Makes 2 smoothies

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup shredded kale
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup fat-free plain organic yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
