Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield 12-15 cookies

These are always a huge hit in our house! I hope you like them too!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oats

  • 1 cup Almond Flour

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 2 tsps Cinnamon (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut 

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil (melted)

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  • 2 Whisked eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, sea salt, chocolate chips and coconut.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup and eggs. Whisk and pour into the large bowl with dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Drop balls onto pan and gently flatten. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
