Ingredients

2 cups Oats

1 cup Almond Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

2 tsps Cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
-
1/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut
-
1/3 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
-
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
-
2 Whisked eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, sea salt, chocolate chips and coconut.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup and eggs. Whisk and pour into the large bowl with dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Drop balls onto pan and gently flatten. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
