Easy Beef & Broccoli
Yield 4 Servings
This is an easy meal that takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish. It's full of hormone-friendly ingredients to help you boost your energy, reduce mood swings & irritability, and feel better.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Beef Broth (or I like to use bone broth if I have it)
- 1/4 cup Tamari Sauce (Soy sauce)
- 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 2 tsp Fresh Ginger (minced)
- 2 TBSP Cornstarch (I like to use Arrowroot Powder instead)
- 1 tsp Avocado Oil
- 1 1/4 lbs Steak (Flank - sliced against the grain)
- 6 cups Broccoli Florets (chopped)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the broth, tamari, garlic, ginger and cornstarch until no clumps remain.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the avocado oil. Once it is hot, add the steak slices and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for an additional minute. Add the broccoli, stir and then cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve with cauliflower rice, or rice and enjoy!
