Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Confession time - I struggle to get enough protein in, just like many of my clients!
These protein bites are an easy way to boost my protein, and great for taking with me when I'm on the go.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, but seriously.. it's chocolate so I always leave this in)
- 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder (I'm loving Epic plant based protein lately!)
- 1/2 heaping cup natural peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp water
Instructions
Roll into balls, and enjoy!
