Triple Berry Protein Smoothie

Yield 1 Smoothie

Boosting your protein at breakfast is a great way to help increase energy, rev up your metabolism, and support your hormones. This smoothie is a delicious way to get some great protein in!

(They also make great smoothie popsicles!)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like Epic protein)
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter (or almond butter)

Instructions

Throw everything in a blender, and blend!
