It’s not about being an airbrushed model starving and plastic-y.  

It’s about feeling good again. It's about knowing how to reduce (or get rid of!) those symptoms that are holding you back. It's about reclaiming your body, and your life, so you can live your best life without being held back by symptoms, body issues, emotional ups and downs, or beliefs that you aren't good enough.

It's about redefining what health is.

It's about focusing on your health from the inside out. It’s about lowering your risks of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.  It’s about being comfortable in your own skin, feeling compassionate and excited about your shape, your curves your thighs :).

It's about more than the number on the scale.

It's about learning to give yourself a break - about feeling free to eat the food that makes you feel good, and not stressing about every single bite you put in your mouth.

It's about finally living your life without holding back.


It's about your hormones.


Your hormones dictate how you feel every single day.

They decide where you store weight, and how fast (or slow) you lose it, how much energy you have, how your hair, skin & nails look, how you digest your food, and your moods. They manage your breathing, your body composition, your fertility, appetite, cravings, and your menstrual cycles.

Your hormones control every single body system and bodily function.

They control it all.

And you can learn how to give them what they need to function properly!


It's time to realize that you matter. You are worth the time, and effort it may take to feel good again.

And to be honest, it will probably take less of each than you think!


You pour so much of yourself into your family, your friends, your pets, your work, your home, and everyone and everything else in your life. It's time to pour some of that into you.

Because let's face it, if you are not ok - if you are tired and struggling, or fighting anxiety or depression - you can't fully be there for the ones you love.

It's impossible.


It's time to figure out what works for YOU.  Get to the root of what's really going on.  Understand why your body seems to have become something/someone you don't even recognize anymore.

 I want you to know something…. I used to weigh 100lbs more than I do today.

At that weight I never felt like myself.  I hid.  I was insecure.  I avoided really living because I didn’t feel good or look the way I wanted to.  I had no energy and never enjoyed shopping for clothes.  There aren’t many pictures floating around of me at that weight but I don’t need them to remember how I felt.  I felt baaaaad.

On top of the weight, I suffered with headaches, PMS, acne, digestive problems, and many more embarrassing health problems - ALL of these, including my weight were hormone related.

I had no idea!

I get that none of this is easy to talk about for most women who struggle with their weight, or with their hormones. 

It's easy to think if you just distract yourself with all of the other things going on around you, that your health will fall into place eventually.

I'm here to tell you that things will just keep getting worse until you decide enough is enough. Those symptoms you're struggling with? They are your body's way of telling you something isn't quite right. And they will get louder if you don't listen.

Those hormone imbalances - they need some direction, and guidance to heal.

All I need you to know is that letting go of excess weight, letting go of the frustrating symptoms you  live with each day, and feeling good is absolutely possible.

Extremely doable.

And you can get to that place where you are full of energy, adore shopping for new clothes and living a full vibrant life.

Throughout my journey of letting go of 100lbs, as well as letting go of many of the other symptoms {no PMS or daily headaches anymore - yay!} I have tried it all--and what I know for sure is that diets don’t work.  Let go of that “d” word – you won’t need it anymore!

What does work, is getting to the bottom of what's going on with your hormones, and taking the focus off of just your weight.  Looking at the whole picture here is key.

Your journey needs to be about you, your needs, your unique symptoms and preferences - and your hormones.

My approach to helping you feel happy, confident, and comfortable in your body is completely about individualization.  I focus on balancing your hormones and creating a healthy you – you won’t be starving yourself by eating grapefruit or green juice 3 times a day for 30 days.  Instead, you will be learning which delicious every-day foods will fire up your metabolism, and rev up your hormones.  That’s right you will be eating real F-O-O-D!

 My Crazy Beautiful Hormones program focuses on 5 key steps:

  1. Where are you now?  I take an in depth look at your past, and current health & hormone status.  It's important to know where YOU are, so we know where we are going. I listen to you.
  2. Creating the plan.  This includes everything from learning meal planning solutions that work for you to developing a personalized food, lifestyle, & possible supplement plan together so we both know what direction you are going, and what steps you need to take to get there.
  3. Get rid of the triggers!  We find out what the underlying causes of your hormone imbalances are, and we start to replace them with things that will nourish you instead. Stress is a big one here - the biggest cause of hormonal imbalances I see, is stress. We come up with some strategies for this together.
  4. In with the GOOD!  Guess what - the foods your body needs can taste good too - who knew?! And it doesn't have to take hours in the kitchen - even better!
  5. Nourishing your emotional side.  This is essential to your success.  As women, we are emotional {surprise, surprise!} and we need to nourish this.  Whether it is by working on emotional eating, food freedom, or your stress levels.  It's all about you!
