This one is a new favourite in our home - all of my kids devour them.
They also make a great school lunch option too!

Ingredients

2 Eggs

2/3 cup Plain Greek, or Plain Coconut Yogurt

1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

3/4 cup Oat Flour

1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

1/2 tsp Baking Soda
-
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
-
1/3 cup Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the maple syrup in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Grease the waffle maker. Add the batter to cover the bottom of your maker, about 1/2 cup at a time.
- Cook the waffles for about three to four minutes or until golden brown. Repeat the process until all the batter is cooked. Serve with maple syrup, if using, and enjoy!
